|First and foremost, The Sweet Spot is an all-inclusive, safe enviornment for all. We do not discriminate against sex, gender, class, race, religion, affiliation, etc. We welcome everyone to our space and believe a good service is deserved by all. |
With such an inclusive environment, we ask all our patrons to adhere to our polices so that we may uphold an excellant standard for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time if we find our polices are not being met.
All new clients and clients that have not been with us in a while are required to fill out a Client Intake Form and any forms required for the desired services before receiving services.
All clients receiving a service must be at least 18 years of age. All minors must have a signed consent form by a parent or legal guardian. Please contact our front desk for more information. [Digital consent form coming soon.]
A valid credit card is required for all appointments to be reserved. Your card will not be charged, unless the charges fall under out Late Cancellation & No Show Policy. We are committed to ensuring all your information is secured and protected.
24-hours notice is required for any modifications or cancellations to appointments. Anything past the 24-hour mark is subject to our Late Cancellation & No Show Policy. All emails and voice messages during closed hours outside the 24-hour window will be honored.
Your privacy is important. Your information such as your credit card, contact information, details about your service(s) and/or purchases, etc is never shared, except as may be required by law. If you have any questions concerning our privacy policies please feel free to ask.
|LATE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY|
|Your appointment time is reserved for you and no one else. So when you don’t show up, you miss out, someone else who could have had your spot misses out, and your esthetician misses out. To avoid this, we require 24-hours notice for any modifications or cancellations to any and all appointments by giving the studio a call at 206-632-3602 or email us at [email protected] |
For modifications or cancellations past the 24-hours mark, the client is subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
If an appointment is missed or if 50% of the service time has elapsed, it will be considered a No Show. All No Shows are subject to forfeiting service(s) and to be charged 100% of the missed scheduled service(s).
|RETAIL AND SERIES PACKAGES POLICY|
|Accepted forms of payment are cash and all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX).|
We know finding the right product can be hard so here at the Sweet Spot we offer samples of almost every product. We welcome you to give our specially curated product selection a try! With that, we do not offer cash refunds.
We do accept exchanges or store credit to be used toward product or service. In order to receive an exchange or store credit, the following must be met:
- Item(s) must be exchanged in new, unopened, and unused.
- A receipt must be present.
- Exchanges must be within 10 days of purchase from the dated receipt.
- Exchanged product of greater value will be credited as store credit for a future transaction.
The Sweet Spot gift cards are non-refundable.
All Series purchases are non-refundable. Series Packages do not expire; the dollar value of the original series purchase will be applied in cases of service price changes.
The Sweet Spot reserves the right to change prices of services and products at any time.
